These Terms apply to your use of the website argotech.hk operated by Argo Technology Group Limited. Separate terms apply to our products (such as JumpFlow), which you accept when you sign up to those services.

Governing law

Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of the arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the language of the arbitration shall be English, and the number of arbitrators shall be one.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
